iFLY Cancellation Policies

4 Week Series and Workshops: 

No Refunds. Account credit only offered for cancellations of 4 week series or workshops. No account credit for cancellations received after a series or workshop has started.  

 

Private Lessons:

By appointment and require 24 hours notice to cancel or change the lesson with the instructor. Lessons that are missed without 24 hours notice are non-refundable and not transferable.    

 

Online Registration Instructions


Attention Returning and New students. Please read this NEW information before proceeding.

Registration procedures have changed.

 

This registration is not available in the mindbody app and works best when done from a computer. Once instructions are read, click the link below to get to the mindbodyonline iFLY Page.

Creating your account profile, does not mean you have registered for anything. 

TO REGISTER:
1) Update or Create your mindbody account (see below for link to this). You will need to update your credit card information on your account, or create an account and if needed, ad children to your account, and save credit card information. (see below for instructions)
 2) Email Claire - claire@newfoundmovement.ca with the following info:

Which class you want to register for.

Name and DOB of the student to enroll in class.


ACCOUNT PROFILES SET UP:
One parent must have an account set up which contains your info and your saved credit card details which will pay for your child(ren).  click here to go to the ifly mindbodbyonline page and create account.
Each child must have their own account set up, that is linked to your “parent account”.
Please do not register your child using your name and account.
Please make sure to:
Agree to the waiver on behalf of yourself and your children.
Update billing info and emergency contact info.
Select "Yes" for both “Subscribe to” email options and "Important Electronic Correspondence" in the “Personal” section of your profile page. This will ensure you receive your receipts, confirmation of registration, along with any other important information.

 

RETURNING STUDENTS:
If you already have these accounts set up, please do not create new ones. Just verify they are set up correctly.
Login, under MY ACCOUNT TAB, "Profile" and check your child is under "Family Members" on your account and the relationships have been created. Please ensure it says you "Pay for the child”.
Update billing info if needed.
If you or your children have multiple or duplicate accounts, please contact claire@newfoundmovement.ca to have them merged before proceeding.

 

NEW STUDENTS:
If you are registering someone NEW, and do not have an account please create an account for you, the "parent account" (the person paying for the classes). You will login here to register yourself or your children.
Ad all children to your account under Family Members.
Click Ad family members. Ad the Child and DOB, fill out all of the info. Ad your email address for children's accounts.
Choose the following relationships to child. "Pays for the child”.
Ad the other children as needed.
Once accounts are set up, prior to purchase and registration, please email claire@newfoundmovement.ca to have her ad "Shares Pricing option" with your child.

This relationship must be added before you attempt to register your child.

4 WEEK SERIES WORKSHOPS, CAMPS:
Registration is the same procedure here. If registering multiple people you must complete each one separately.
Purchase the Workshop, Camp or Series from the online store, then go to the Workshops or 4 week series tab and enrol in the class(es) you want.
