Policy
Changes or withdrawal from the Season and cancellation of the contract must be received via email 1 week prior to the next scheduled payment. Email: iflyadmin@wonderbolt.ca

Payments are processed as follows:
Payment 1 - Due upon registration
Payment 2 - Processed on January 15th
Payment 3 - Processed on April 1st
(*There are no refunds or credits offered if withdrawing after April 1.)
There are no refunds once payment and registration has been processed.
There are no refunds unless there are extenuating circumstances due to illness or injury with a Doctor's note, and these are handled on a case by case basis and subject to cancellation fee.

At iFLY Aerial Arts, performance is a core part of the aerial experience. As a performing art, our showcases are a highlight of each student’s journey and an exciting opportunity to share their progress.

The June Showcase is the pinnacle of our season — a celebration of the dedication, growth, and hard work our aerialists have put in all year. Anticipation builds each week as students prepare to take the stage and bring their artistry to life.

Participation in both the December and June Showcases is considered an integral part of the iFLY Aerial Arts program, and students of all levels are encouraged to perform. These events allow students to demonstrate not only their technical skills, but also their creative development in a supportive, professional setting.

Information provided in your account/profile is being collected for the purpose of registering for classes. This information will only be disclosed to staff of iFLY who will need the information in order to process registration and manage your account.
Photo/Video Release
iFLY Aerial Arts reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during classes, workshops, performances, or other affiliated events for the purposes of instruction, advertising, and promoting iFLY Aerial Arts and its programs. Students, or parents of students who are minors, who do not wish to comply with this policy must notify iflyadmin@wonderbolt.ca prior to participation in classes, workshops, performances, or affiliated events.
