1 hour of structured aerials exploring all the apparatus, silks, hoop, trapeze and aerial hammock. (1:5 teacher to student ratio)

1 hour use of our beautiful downtown studio to play games, have food, cake and to open presents

We decorate, provide the cutlery and do all the clean up!

An hour long fun filled Aerial Yoga class or for groups larger than 12 people we offer a mixed apparatus class

We provide the decorations, a photo collage of your class, a loot bag and glasses for sparkly at the end of your workout.
